Can shareholders of dell also file a lawsuit against their analysts for "inappropriate behavior", for making inappropriate "advances" (actually resulting in inappropriate declines)? <g>

A lot of concern is currently being raised about the relative overvaluations of certain "high tech" stocks that were dubbed "The Pillars of NASDAQ" by the Wall Street Journal.
