OK. This is really getting wierd. Somebody bought 6700 shares, which is good and right after, someone sold 20K. That's a chunk of change. Any ideas?

It seems MM's are trying very hard to give DCTC a lid at $2 13/32
ALL buys this morning 70,000 shares haven't cleared this overhang,
when it's gone , DCTC might blow out TOP yesterday's top.

*right as I am typing, the ask moved up to $2 7/16
Stronger than ever. GO DCTC!
