I think it has more to do with the overall market's intolerance of anything that's not extremely positive. With such high PEs in many of the tech stocks there no room for error.

But in this situation the market overreacted and has provided a nice opportunity to buy at a discount. At current prices the stock now trades at only 20 times this year's estimates and the stock is 30% below its 52 week high.
