Lots of insider selling the last few months. Adds to the supply and helps drive COMS price down for the little guys (like us). Take ROSS W MANIRE for instance. 3COM granted him options on 1,333,062 shares at $3.57-$37.57 on 01/27/99-01/29/99 and he turned right around on the same days and sold it all in the open market for $45.64-$45.97. Sometimes, there is a difference between stock performance and company performance. Thanks God, we did not let Wall Street running the company. Finder: You just don't get it do you? I hold quite abit of 3com and have shorted it to lock in my profits and have also shorted cisco to make profits to put into 3com! Joe is fine...so am I and others...making more $$$ than you and others like you. The name of the game is to make money...you can do this in an up mkt as well as a down mkt. Look at the numbers Mr Finder & Co....growth potential for 3com is far greater than Cisco and others! As far as "cheerleading" goes...it appears you are a cheerleader yourself...you are the leader of cheerleaders for the "Dark Side"! There are alot of individuals on this thread that want to learn about the market and how to make money...please help them how they can do it....! Listening to your negative posts are absolutely unproductive! You remind me of the guy in Dick Tracy who walked around with a dark cloud over his head all the time! In your future posts...please explain a strategy on how to protect ones profits in "any stock" in a down mkt and how to increase their positions when mkt turns upward! Please....no emotional venting! Just the facts! HK
