The investor filed their plan of reorg. and disclosure statement with the bankruptcy court dated 26Feb98. Once the bankruptcy court approves disclosure statement, it will be mailed to creditors and shareholders for voting. Mailing of these documents should be done by mid April. This came from Shine's office.

you and the others can get all the information you need from the court - they have a web page at

rib.uscourts.gov

Search for quadrax and you will get too much information.

Don't rely on Dougie - he's much too busy poking around in the ashes of a dead duck.
