Kerry, given the collusion we have seen between GS and Micron over the years, I am certain that they issued this downgrade after being tipped to MU's Q2 earnings. Corollary: Looks like another losing quarter rather than marginally breaking even as has been hoped for, touted, etc.

Whether that's the case or not, take a look at how many brokers still have "buy" or "strong buy" on the stock. With the stock down 20 points in three days, the downgrades have just begun.

Not for me to provide advice, but I did post some interesting comments on MU this a.m. on the MB thread that suggest the opposite. April is coming with its "showers",....showers of stock that is, emanating from INTC and TXN. Capital (a big holder) also just filed). There's more.
