Hi Al, I've been invited to study this model by the one's that developed the criteria for it and have been doing so for the past several months... Back testing was difficult, so I requested permission to follow along forward testing for fit and accuracy...thus far the accuracy as to the highs and lows has been quite good...within 50-75 points, and the timing within 5 to 20 days... But, I'm using P&F indicators as the primary go/no go gauge... and yes, patiently wait for pull backs to support for entry...let those babies come to me :-) As far as asset allocation, I recommend taking profits that fit the plan...protecting both capital and profit, and going to cash when the risk increases...currently recommending 75% ish cash...
