Ken, I was introduced to NVID by way of RB as well. I accused him of these tactics over on SI: NVID way back. Hope the SOB gets his and then some!!! dd

Ken, OFF TOPIC -- I would recommend you watch what YOU say... I cannot say Raleigh is innocent of the charges that I've just heard about... but I've met him once and I do tend to think he is an honest person. But, you had better be careful about what you are saying on several boards about RB. Raleigh does have a newsletter where he recommends stocks. He admits to buying and selling the stocks that he discusses. He did recommend NVID to his readers. IF you are implying RB was involved in the scam and was given payment or stock to promote NVID you should have given that information to the authorities and he would have been named in the suit. If you don't have that information, then you shouldn't be saying he had any involvement in NVID (other than as someone who recommended the stock in a newsletter.. which is something thousands of people do every day)... that might be considered slander (I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know for sure). I also recall the day that RB found out some of the information about NVID's troubles and he told everyone he was getting out of the stock at a loss! It seems to me that it would be best if you just let the authorities take care of this issue and not drag his name thru the mud on multiple threads. Just my opinion. Mitch
