If you haven't seen it, this may be neat little program some may find useful. It was written by a SI member to make browsing SI faster and easier. Adds a lot of new features right to the SI interface, such as the ability to download all new posts with one click, download entire (or parts of) threads with one click, includes an ignore poster button, etc. He gives you a free 30 day trial period, after that he requires a fee to register.
