Plus per info. already provided the info presented
in the Time Magazine article conflicts with
more recent and reliable information.

Now please do a little research and present the
numbers for the annual incomes of workers in China.

Break this number into rural and urban Chinese.

Note per the Fortune Magazine article the
healthy wage for a worker in a factory in China
is $1.35 a DAY

If wages and regulations (worker safety and
environmnetal)were higher , multi-nationals wouldn't be setting up
the labor intensive phases of their production in China.

China is a cheap labor country like Mexico.

Then also note Chinese do not have credit cards.

Determine the price of telephone and internet access,
let alone the cost of a computer....

And then you'll realize that the costs of all of these
services are currently well beyond the means of the
vast VAST majority of Chinese.
