Mark, I'm flattered that you think I hold a lofty position such as the IR person for a growing company like GGNC. I'll take that as a compliment. As far as information being incorrect, I think that Cyberbetz, Wall Street Research, etc... all need to be updated. I would think that it is not unusual for any company in their infant stages to have even radical changes along their early path. Indeed I did call Keith on Tuesday about Wall Street Research specifically and he told me that he had discussed this with them and he had an expectation that they would revise their projections as so much has changed over a short period of time. As far as it being illegal under under SEC laws, I don't know for a fact but I would assume that as long as it was correct at the time of publishing, that it is probably okay. However, once they become a fully reporting company I would suspect that they would be more diligent in keeping things up to date. But this is merely my opinion.You might want to call Keith about this. Board of directors? Haven't a clue. KMAC
