To answer your question, here's my OPINION on what is happening. Hopefully others can add more definitive info:

IDCN is spinning off it's properties into at least two pieces, distributed to IDCN shareholders as dividends. The remaining shell will be used for a reverse merger with another company. It was stated on the web page that the original IDCN shares may be worth between .50 an $1 from the reverse merger alone.
