You are a short term daytrader, right ? I'm assuming you are just trading CPQ/not buying it for long term.

I'm both a short-term trader (sometimes daytrader but more frequently a few days or weeks) and a longer-term investor...

The stock is for short-term trade, the naked put options I sold are for longer-term holding...Sold the Jan2000 $40's and I don't plan on ever closing the position (if CPQ is above $40 on 3rd week of Jan $2000, I'll just get to keep all the money and the options will expire)...

Jimbo.

PS: Glad you enjoy my posts....thanks for the CPQ observations from someone who deals with their products...
