oops, i thought you were responding to my joke post earlier today. LEVL announcing a new chip in the oc-3 phy space is interesting. Most pmcs design wins involve a complete solution set and multiple chips on a single board. Moreover, PMCS is clearly broadening its footprint with all of its major customers. Why do you see it as a threat to pmcs?
