Im sure Coz,

This is kind of a sleepy stock in general...floats up and down gently.

I guess no white knight could be found after all. Did anyone actually take a look?

You have to laugh. The special committee of the board set up to examine options for increasing shareholder value releases its report and the stock drops $1.70. Since they are keeping the special committee going, i.e. they are going to keep on working at increasing value, why did they announce nothing at all in such a way as to ensure the stock dropped?
Poor decision making, lack of sensitivity to the market, or maybe they planned on it happening?. I'm no fan of conspiracy theories so its probably just stupidity.
