As FORE continues to get pounded, I now think it's oversold. While investors believe management must be foolish to try another acquisition at this point, these guys couldn't be as foolish as most investors think they are. These guys have a state-of-the-art product in a highly competitive market; they know what they need to keep up-to-date better than your average day trader who clicks the sell button because most of his peers are clicking it. The accounting problems are troublesome, but already factored into this stock price in my opinion.
