You have a legitimate point. I just took a quick look at the charts on MSFT, AMAT, INTC, TER, LRCX, DELL, CPQ, MU, NVLS, KLAC, SEG, IBM, QNTM,WDC and more, and they have already or just set LOWER LOWs which is not a good sign and implies negativity in the HiTECH sectors.
