I really don't know when the next release is coming. I hope they do start being significant and the stock moves. I think something must be happening for them to go through all this trouble. In my opinion they are trying to create a base in the stock. They don't want to have the stock explode and come crashing down. It doesn't look good. I think it is responsible on their part. I rather sell my stock gradually anyway. With the amount of shares I have it is the ONLY way to sell.
