I had a similar situation with a bank a long time ago. After a co-worker advised me to close the account, I did so. Never any response from the bank.

Robert Duke, I am with Ameritrade and was just wondering how it compares to Scott trade? I have had trouble many times getting into my account and even when calling them could not get through at times or had to wait forever for them to answer. How has your experience with Scott been? Thx, Depy
