I wonder what will be the end result of today's summary judgement hearing? I do believe this is the primary focus of this mornings proceedings.

As Jeff pointed out last night, there wasn't even supposed to be a hearing today: both sides were expected to submit their Finding of Facts reports for the Court's consideration. The emergency hearing was granted at the request of the DTC.

today's summary judgement hearing

Summary judgment hearing? Say what? Only one side of the case has been presented! Whoever told you that obviously doesn't know the first thing about legal proceedings and the rights of the accused to present their side! Amazing. Only person stupid enough to spew nonsense like that is Spidey. And the only people stupid enough to believe it are you Stooges.

Today the judge granted the emergency meeting so the DTC can prove that Sylver lied under oath and thus the case against them should be dismissed. If the judge thinks the DTC's argument has merit, he will most likely give AZNT several weeks in which to show evidence to the contrary.

P.S. Oh... forgot... yes, that means the short squeeze will be delayed yet again. Bummer.
