well, that is frustrating. i don't know another way to get you to where you can adjust these colors and links settings. except that now you know that it may be a windows setting that you need to adjust, and not just netscape. what about ie browser? it sounds as though you do not use ie, but if you have it installed, why not check it and see what the colors and links settings are there? since windows and msie are so closely tied together, maybe that'd be a workaround. keep trying. :) mark
