Imagine we are in Armstrong's position, should we buy AOL? By all means, Of course, if we can afford it. AOL+AT&T is an unbeatable combination. AT&T will do things only benefitial to AT&T. AHhaha said it will not happen. I think it well much could happen.

This cause me to worry about ATHM. Maybe I should buy some AOL stock after all.

Obviously the mkt disagrees as far as good news to ATHM. ATHM has the cable contracts and the tech -- AOL has none of that. ATT does not completly own ATHM obviously so they cant just replace ATHM with AOL. What they can do if they own AOL is make sure AOL works together with its major investment ATHM and this is what is big.
