It's like magicians' secrets; if they let the cat out of the bag, the suckers (i.e. retail long investors) wouldn't keep showing up to sell stock to.

But this I can't figure out...PC sales are not off dramatically...MXTR is still the solid #4 in the field with plenty of business...the recent secondary diluted the shares a bit but not this much...they will still rake in plenty of cash from operations and the secondary helped to retire the debt.

For this they get slammed?

They say the time to buy is when blood is running in the streets. We are currently in goo up to our armpits, so I added to my MXTR, PROG and SE holdings today and jumped into FRNT on top of that.

Why? (I can hear all the snickering out there)

Here are some simple figures, projected FY99/FY00 earnings for some of my stocks. Do the math, calculate the growth rate and project a fair price based on PEG.

FNDTF .85/1.13
SE 1.59/2.02
WIZTF 1.03/1.42
CMIV .54/NA
MXTR .99/NA
CPU .59/.88
FLYR .71/.99
PROG .62/.86
FRNT 1.12/1.35

The average of these current stock prices and PE's is a 12 3/4 stock with a trailing PE of 14. Throw in average growth around 30% and you should have a compelling value picture.

If only I could get Mr. Market to figure this out the way I did.
