AOL should buy ATHM, that way T would get some AOL.

AOL and ATHM are different companies, not direct competitors. ATT does not have to favor one over the other nor will they. AOL will benefit by access to to ATHM's pipes and ATHM will benefit by access to AOL's mkt base to sell the ATHM service. As far as ATT buying the rest of ATHM , that certainly is a possibility but again at a nice premium. Any way you look at it ATHM is a great investment. If the deal does take place ATHM will be the place for AOL investors to go if they still want a play on AOL's popularity + get Excite to boot = blue chip net stock.
