Mitch, what happens if the judge doesn't give the DTC motion any merit?

Then the case would proceed as previously anticipated, obviously.

But consider this: either Mikey's lying, or the DTC's lying. The DTC says it has "irrefutable evidence" of Mikey's perjury.

I think you can guess which of these two possibilities most people would consider the more likely.
