Isn't "THE FINDING OF FACTS " due today? It was originally due today. It has obviously been postponed or else the judge would not have allowed the "emergency" meeting. I say "obviously" because the whole point of the meeting is for the DTC to show "irrefutable evidence" that Sylver lied under oath and thus the DTC should be dismissed from the case. If the DTC is dismissed, then there's no need for them to present a finding of facts... obviously! - Jeff
