I checked three separate source feeds and all show 16.5 as the high.
I do recollect that I saw 17 earlier in the day on my Mytrack quote system-it is not there now. Changes like this result from an incorrect initial quote, or a cancelled trade. Many bad quotes come through during the day which I assume are keystroke errors somewhere, usually a dollar off the actual price. When these errors occur at a high or low for the day, they get corrected within an hour or so.
