Of course.

Look at Office 97. All the new features in the application compared to Office 4.3 are not very major aside from the cosmetic differences.

Years ago, they would have released those features as a free upgrade.

Not suprisingly, Intel has their Disco-Groove Bunny-suits pitching the Pentium II. The chip is based on 1970s chip architecure. Really it's just a big 486 processor. MMX is just what came with motherboards or graphics cards ala Intel-figure a way to screw AMD and Cyrix marketing. Nothing new here.
