Tom,

Note that MU and other seimis (and CPQ, etc.) are down big, but the general market is still pussyfooting around. I think we will see a big drop in the general market before the end of the day, and MU will go down some more with it.

This is the last trading day of the week and the month. Many people will want to be in cash by the end of today, ESPECIALLY if they have been long lately (I'm not referring to MU investors).
