Well, I am very happy. My average cost was lower than most here, so I sold everything, that said, I think that holders here will see more than what is being offered one way or another. I do not think the offer will be accepted and unless someone else comes to the table then the stock will probably settle back some. Longer term, VLSI is in good position, gaining market share and a firming in Asia will boost share price by years end. I am going to watch and see if I can re enter at a lower point, but if not, I have no complaints . Best to all Henry
