VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1999--

Acquisition Brings Total Subscribers To More Than 1.2 Million,
Over 100 Annual Contests

Internet Sports Network, Inc. (OTC BB:ISNI) announced today that
the company has acquired SportsMark Promotions Inc. (SPI), a
thirteen-year-old company with offices in Phoenix and Calgary.
SportsMark Promotions, a leading provider of fantasy sports and
investment challenge contests, generated nearly $4 million of revenue
in 1997 and adds more than one million Internet and print media
subscribers to ISN. The company has obtained licenses from the
National Hockey League Player's Association (NHLPA), Major League
Baseball Player's Association (MLBPA) and National Football League
Player's Association (NFLPA).
SportsMark Promotions has secured over 600 contracts with various
newspaper and television groups to promote its contests. The company
operates well over 100 promotions annually and its client base
includes more than 75 daily newspapers across North America including
the New York Daily News, Dallas Morning News, Buffalo News, Denver
Post, Philadelphia Daily News, Toronto Star and Toronto Sun. In
addition to its newspaper business, SportsMark Promotions has designed
and operated national consumer promotions for major corporations such
as Gillette, John Deere, Owens Corning, Coors Brewing Co.
(Nasdaq:ACCOB), Alcoa (NYSE:AA), Corby Distilleries and many more.
SportsMark Promotions will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of
ISN. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

they say IHWY has over 20,000 subscribers in canada and is trading over $5. good company. might also want to look into XNET,another isp who have over 20,000 subscribers in china and ONLY trading @ .40 X .43 and already profitable. This one is my real sleeper. some day it will wake up!!
