Good posting, Jeng. You comments on management reflect the mumblings here on the thread from time to time.

The straw that broke the camel's back has now been placed. Whenever the CPQ annual meeting is, instead of merely sending in proxies, maybe its time for shareholders who can get to the meeting to go. Also, maybe more of us should take the lead of El earlier today and call CPQ's IR.

Oh, boy, I'm behind you 100% here. Neither CPQ nor we shareholders need this. There is always some disgruntled, usually newbie investor who picked-up 25-50 shares [with the idea of making a killing in a few days] ready to scream lawsuit. What they do not realize is that shareholders get almost **nothing** if they win. The lawyers and all the correspondence sent to people involved in the class action eats almost everything--I known, I was part of a class action against Genentec about 8 +/- years ago and I got less than $100 [for my holding of 600 shares].
