Mr D, Stock manipulation is a crime in the criminal context. Commercial Disparagement is a Tort in the civil arena. Defamation is either Libel in written words or Slander in spoken words. When the financials are released a cause of action may exist. Until such time Truth is usually a defense to defamation. Remidies exist. Bob
