News stories like the following remind me of two things:
1. There's great potential profits for Fire Environmental.
2. There's also many risks for Leah's oil ventures.

Pipeline Spills Oil in S. Russia

Pipeline Spills Oil in S. Russia
MOSCOW (AP) _ Thousands of gallons of oil spilled into a meadow in southern Russia after a valve apparently used for pilfering oil from a pipeline wore out and left a hole in the pipe, a news report said Sunday.
About 5,300 gallons leaked out near the town of Tikhoretsk, 750 miles south of Moscow, officials at Russia's Emergencies Ministry
told the ITAR-Tass news agency.
Repair workers were summoned when the leak was reported Saturday
and the hole was fixed by Sunday. Cleanup workers were still
collecting the spilled oil, but the pipeline, operated by oil giant
Transneft, had resumed work.
The leak was discovered by a passenger in a car who stopped next to the meadow about 50 yards from the Rostov-Baku highway, a major thoroughfare across the Caucasus Mountains.
Emergency officials said the hole and valve were not made by the
pipeline operator, but by thieves who regularly stole oil.
Theft from Russia's vast network of oil pipelines is widespread,
as are leaks and breaks in the pipes due to age or disrepair.
