Current float is closer to 38MM shares on a fully-diluted basis
Insiders are not selling anything, this is the registration of 2x the number of shares needed to convert the most recent preferred financings.
Assuming 40MM shares out, and the companies forecast of $20MM in revenues for fiscal 2000 (4/1/99 to 3/31/00), then I think they are worth somewhere north of $7.50 per share ($20MM in sales x 10 multiple of sales x 50% premium for explosive growth) = $300MM / 40MM shares = $7.50 per share. I think if their products are as strategic as many seem to believe, that this very crude analysis will prove to be very conservative.
