The meeting was for share holders of record of a date I can't remember but somewhere around 12/31/98. Holding calls does not qualify as I understand it. I think you have to hold the grand sum of one share. The capitalist, Mr. Evans, did not own any shares as I understand it. All the guns where supposed to be checked in at the door. There were no uzzi's in evidence. Why would you be in the Las Vegas Jail? It was a good meeting - pretty upbeat. Your calls will probably expire and you can sell them again. It will take a while to pull together all the loose ends. They should be a different company by the end of the year.
