Ok, let's sum up the yahoo posts for today and see if we can build a story, (Recap of Yahoo postings )Microsoft is interested in adding a net radio site to their network and when IR of NAVR was specifically asked about this possibility, the answer was the 1st Qtr has been very good. Answer, seems unrelated but then, maybe an ownership position by MSFT would help that bottom line in the first quarter. Does the first qtr end 3/31/99 for NAVR ?

Another poster claims to have talked to Terri this morning and she implied S-1 announcement very very soon. Anything more could not be said to avoid potential for inside information. Smelling like days.

So combining the answers from Yahoo today, we have an IPO right around the corner within days and then a MSFT partnership bring in funding to reduce debt by 3/31/99 before the IPO proceeds are recieved.

Got to love that Yahoo thread !!

Great question...I'm Long like the rest of the Thread. Hoping, wishing and hyperventilating. Something is very flaky and it isn't just lawyers/investment bkrs/et al.

...IMHO your Q has everything to do with the delays...tentativeness...balking. Something INTERNAL vice EXTERNAL is the issue. I can think of very negative things, spawned from looking at their Annual Report which shows Retained Deficit stuff.

...Ask Chuck Cheney...he's CFO, Scty, Treasurer, EVP, Dir, etc.

...Isn't Cheney the founder? This guy looks older than CEO. Think he can make a spreadsheet? Bet their Fin/Acctg/Fin Modeler/Guru is about 25 yrs old. Every time I call, this person is on the road. Get the picture?

...Their last VCall talked about a new return/restock policy designed to save many $ mils. In place and ready to make things happen vis-a-vis inventory mgt. This is a key to salvation. Might be a bunch of hype because the COO or whoever was hyping this initiative did not sound very persuasive.

...What has NAVR done about flat SALES since EOY 98? The Marketing VP best be sleepless or we are toast.

...We will see. I am looking for a VERY INTERESTING upcoming week.

Good Luck, Good Trading. Kat

coydogbark,,,CC/Jan26/Vcall:: Terry Stuart of Daleside
financial grilled Charles Cheny about their outstanding
bank debt and wheter this "one project"of reducing the
"average daily return" down to three days would SAVE them
"Capital in terms of Investment"...

Earning thru thrift...said down from $45 million from(?)
to $12 million by end of Feb. 0$ Bank Debt by March 31st...

Got the impression she was impressed (Teri of Daleside).
