(ITH - VSE) and Marum Resources Inc. (MMU - ASE) report that drilling has commenced on the Chinchaga joint venture diamond exploration project in northern Alberta. Target Drilling of Calgary using equipment that will recover HQ core measuring approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter is carrying out the drilling. Access roads and drill pads on six targets are complete. Additional access roads to other targets are being prepared. The drill program is being managed by Apex Geoscience of Edmonton. The first drill target has no magnetic expression, either positive or negative and is a structurally defined circular area with a diameter of approximately 1,000 metres. The streams draining the circumference of the target show interesting indicator mineral geochemistry. The second target, approximately 1,100 metres in diameter, is a magnetic high feature with good indicator geochemistry. The third target has no magnetic expression and is located 700 metres from the second target. It is a 600-metre diameter circular feature with a clearly defined geological structure and is associated with geochemical anomalies. There may be a close geological relationship between the second and third targets. Seven additional targets make up the program priority list, five are magnetic highs and two are very distinct magnetic lows.
