I've noticed since I've owned the stock (mid 97) that it holds up pretty well in a down market. During the little meltdown of 10/97 IMCL was hardly phased. In the major meltdown of 98 we know it went to $5.00. Don't want to see that again. Institutional ownership of roughly 33% is somewhat disconcerting and I believe no doubt the source of the selling, keeping the price ping-ponging in a range until news of PIII. Higher interest rates have to be one of the factors keeping a lid on new demand for shares. Lower rates + PIII news may equal $20.00, and probably at a most unexpected time.
