Looking forward to the refresher on your presentation. This CCing approach suits my philosophy.

Thanks

Herm, about that play we discussed a few days ago.

I've never sold a call against a LEAP. Could you explain the procedure if one gets called?

DELL: $80
Buy: Jan00 85$ DELL
Sell: Aug99 105$ DELL

... now it's June and DELL shoots to $110.

What are the (no pun intended) options?

Thanks,

CB

Hi Herm,

I've tried to download the covered call calculators a number of times, now. I keep getting a message that says keyview is not installed or something like that. I have found the program Keyview at ONSALE for about $29 but, I was wondering why it is necessary for me to buy another program just to download something from that site. I have downloaded many programs from the internet and never run into this situation before. The program seems to be involved in printing and viewing and zipping/unzipping files. I'm just curious why it would be necessary to download the calculators.

Hi Herm,
Thanks for the WINs Presentation! Just have to figure out what I need to get it downloaded! What are everyone's thoughts on CPQ since it got pummeled on Friday. Not quite sure on how to interpret the charts. Looks to me that it still has some downside to go. The lower BB is tagged for sure, but the RSI is still around 70. If it does head lower, what is the first support level? Those cheap puts I got when it was up in the mid forties are looking good! Thanks for any ideas, Jim
