Why do you guys focus so heavily on trashing anyone who thinks differently

from the typical Intel insider? Why don't you try to learn something from Kurlak. That's one less analyst that will risk offending Intel. That doesn't help Intel as the market show very clearly today.

You could eliminate everyone you disagree with and still the market will teach you some lessons.

LG, re:"INTC's estimated earnings growth this year is 30%. Tom Kurlak is gone."

Yes - reassuring. Thanks for the perspective.

At the root of it this seems to be solely a Compaq problem today. Things should recover once the market figures this out.

Dell's sales reports over the next quarter will be telling. Nobody knows yet how much pent up demand is resulting from the pending PIII system sales. I plan to watch the initial PIII sales reports carefully. Should be good given the low, low prices announced.

Compaq seems to be fumbling - - - like Kurlak.
