I2: Depends on what you mean by "flyer." Investment? Not in my portfolio. Show me the money, honey. But as a conservative trade for a few points and out? Sounds good but if the market goes lower before you get your points, UTEK will decline (less than others) or be flat.

Interesting question. In my opinion, a rising UTEK indicates that the entire semi-cap sector is so overpriced that investors are desperate for other places to park money, and is a good sign of when to sell the sector. I'm not sure we're there yet, though.
