HNV:

It seems that Basil is willing to accept partial fills all day. Maybe he has a minimum partial set at 5K or 2.5K. All the while, his order stands at a gazillion (or a million or whatever) or so shares for the day. End of month contributions to the funds he runs "have to" be put to work...or whatever. Toward the end of the day, if his order isn't filled, the volume comes in as he "tops off the tank" to bring the desired number of shares into his control. He wants his million...he gets his million. It's an amazing thing to watch.
