Yup, MB and Earlie and many others have been fantastic in this regard. I honestly feel very privileged to have found this site.

mb, I agree that being the first to figure out the pc market is a major accomplishment of folks on this thread and a very few not on the thread (Fred Hickey and Fleck, who is sometimes on the thread. Earlie had his opinions razor sharp before ever showing up here, but he is still a threadster, IMHO). Odd, too. The numbers were all out there and folks just weren't seeing them. When the Merrill guy mentioned that revenue growth in 1997 was only 6%, I think a lot of investors were shocked. This year, we had the Asia thing. But all pc investors knew that 1997 was a great growth year. <g> The simple fact is, the pc market has had seriously declining growth rates for three years now while the scamsters have been convincing everyone otherwise.
