In regards to all the comments on what ROSS needs to do:

They need to do exactly what they are doing:

1) Lower debt and make their balance sheet more healthy. Nothing scares away more clients than the merest possibility of financial problems. And the competition's sales guys are constantly starting rumors of this or that calamity about to occur. This can be quite effective, unfortunately, against small companies like ROSS.

2) Seeking out alliances with consulting firms, integrators, etc to put more ground troops in play and get more credibility.

3) Emphasize their strengths.

The ERP market is tough right now, as the year 2000 issue is really sucking up attention and budgets everywhere. Small caps aren't exactly the place to be either.
