You damn right it is. Bonds are responding to the
growing perception that Q1 will be 4.5% or higher
IMO. We may need at least two rate hikes to get
real GDP in the 2.5 to 3% Fed target range. Fed has
actually got to be smug about bonds doing the tightening
for them.
