Interesting developments, you sure do some digging to find these things so quickly!! I wonder what all these SEC "internet tout" cases accomplish? On thing for sure is - NOTHING for the people who lost their hard earned money "investing" in DROM, I'd bet. What the SEC should do is direct defrauded investors to get together and go after the scam artists in general.. One sure way to put these things to an end is to hit them where it HURTS - in their pocketbook. Those SEC slaps on the wrist with their stern warning: "don't fail to disclose your compensation arrangements in the future... y'hear?" is a JOKE of enforcement. Colin
