Ashley,

Depending on the severity of the stuffing, CPQ could drop into the low twenties. They simply are not earning much money off their product sales. They have been buying revenue streams that are not growing very much and their costs are way too high. The only business that is doing very well is the service business.

Management at CPQ is severely challenged.

Ashley, has it occurred to you that the reason is that analysts are thinking (if that's possible) that Compaq's poor January numbers are an industry-wide phenomenon, and since Dell's Q4 includes January and the others do not, that the "bad news" is already out for Dell?

Just some idle thoughts ...
