Tim,
I bought some OTM XYLN calls on a pure TDT play when we got the confirming strength. Some of the smaller players in the networking arena are going to need to find dance partners pretty soon with the marriage of LU and ASND.

Not hearing any confirming rumors, but the people I know at XYLN are not selling their stock right now. Having been acquired in the past though, I can assure you that down in the lower ranks you don't hear anything until it happens.

CYMI looks like a candidate for a trip to $15. High PE and just broke a spread triple bottom. Major league resistance at $28 with a quad top.

I like CHKPF
Tom

(OT) FWIW, primary rumored buyer is ALA. Rumors have been around for some time. I thought they started with analyst speculation and have gained momentum recently with the same. ALA already owns 6 or 7% of XYLN and has already stated they will be making as many as several acquisitions in the near future.

regards,
