RE: Cramers Fairchild Corp (FA) is a BIG winner waiting to happen...

Selling @ $12 with guess how much per share in cash ? - try $12, yes $12 per share in cash and @ .42 x sales. .53 of book, PE of 5 and do a little "DD" on what they are buying... strong, strong niche consolidator/player.

Very small float of 3.5 million shares and a major short squeeze waiting to happen with 1/4 the float short @ 884K - down 200K from over 1.05 Million short prior month.

Look's like Cramer has a Winner here to me ! Now if he just unloads a little Net/Tech and beats the crowd to the Oilpatch Party (No Mas - NOSX ) he can return to the lofty heights so deserved by the Loquacious one....

PS - are there any legal restrictions keeping the TSC from offering IPO shares to it's subscribers - seems that if there is a way to do so; Cramer has the opportunity to reward his loyal subscribers and to be truly remembered as a man of the people...

Also; what is all the hullabaloo about the NY Times article; sure it printed private info that I am sure anyone, including Cramer would prefer to remain private. But, hardly anything to crack the facade of a man who really has nothing to prove. Sure the last few years may have been sub-par returnwise; but can't argue with the 10 year record. I don't think the typical hedge fund customer is chasing year over year returns and the preservation of capital tends to be a little more paramount to that class of investor. I think the 10 year record stands on it's own merits.

Cooperstown only opens it's hallowed doors for the 10 year outperformers; the ''where are they now'' sidebars feature the one hit wonders... Combine what this guy has - ''done for the game'' the past year (being Mr. CNBC, to the cover of Money, to all the great articles & interviews)) with what he has done with TSC, along with his solid 10 year outperform the market achievement; and I see no reason why his future seat on Wall Streets '' Hall of Fame'' is any less assured...

This guy not only hit for the cycle - he pulled a ''Campy Campenaris'' and played all 9 positions this year imho ! What more could this guy do ? Who brought more excitement, enthusiasm and insight to the Markets than Cramer ? - Okay maybe Jimmie Rogers did before he left for his World Tour <VBG>...
